A resident of St. Petersburg's Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood for over 30 years, Connie is certified with historic homes and loves luxury downtown condos, bungalows, and of course, beach properties. She also enjoys working with second-home buyers and vacation buyers. Connie Lancaster has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education but lives and breathes Real Estate. “As a full-time, professional, Real Estate has been a passion for many years," says Connie, who previously had a 20-plus year successful career marketing high-end European automobiles. “I have invested in a number of properties over the years and have a lot of investment experience from new construction to historic homes, multi-family properties including condo conversions, and have taken advantage of 1031 exchanges."
Originally from South Carolina, Connie is well-connected in the Real Estate industry throughout Florida as well as North Carolina. "Most of my business comes from referrals and previous clients, even though my partners and I have a strong presence on social media which generates many customers, buying and selling.
